Dahlgur Oasis is one of the most beautiful designed areas in Diablo 3, too bad it is corrupted. If you want to know where the Ancient Waterway entrance is Dahlgur Oasis area, go north and look for a small passage. You can easily miss it if you rush your play or you don't pay attention on the map. This is a part of the Blood and Sand quest chain. After you enter the Ancient Waterway you'll need to pull the western and the eastern flow control lever to open the entrance to the Waterlogged Passage.
Remember, if you can't find the Ancient Waterway location, go in the northern edge of the Dahlgur Oasis and there you must find a narrow passage to the waterway entrance. If i remember correctly the passage is guarded by a rare monster and some minions.
